Planning approval obtained for a replacement Scout HQ, providing two activity halls, shower and toilet accommodation, kitchen, stores and outdoor Boulder Wall. Part grass roof and timber clad, part wrap around profiled metal cladding. Highly insulated and energy efficient.

Designed by this Practice. The next stage is the preparation of the construction drawings and specification. Anticipated build 2020/2021 following a fund raising programme.
