With bases in Thame and Bicester, this Practice offers traditional building surveying and architectural services, generally in and around Bicester, Oxford, Thame, the East Cotswolds, Banbury and Brackley. Essentially along the M40, A34 and A43 corridors.
We are pleased to announce that this Practice was awarded a Letter of Commendation at the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards 2021for conservation works to the stone facade of a Grade II Listed Oxford townhouse. The works comprised stone replacement and repair, conservation lead detailing and redecoration, all as specified by this Practice. Main contractor was Sporn Construction Ltd

RICS Home Survey- Level 2 (survey only) reports and non RICS branded Building Survey reports for domestic properties.
Architectural, refurbishment and conservation services, mainly for domestic properties, although we have taken on several commercial projects.
Party Wall services in accordance with the Party Wall etc Act 1996. David is a Party Wall surveyor, and is a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society, which seeks to promote excellence in Party Wall practice.
